The Southern Berkshire Regional School District has a long history of technological excellence. The District has been a leader in technology access, boasting a student to computer ratio of 2:1. Both students and staff have full access to the best tools of technology available, including Microsoft's Office 365 platform for hosted email, file storage, and online collaboration. All district schools have high-speed internet access and full wireless coverage.
Mt. Everett Regional High School has five computer labs and two laptop carts. The 5/6 wing in Undermountain has a dedicated laptop cart as does the New Marlborough Central School. In addition, the Undermountain library provides a computer lab with 24 workstations and an iPad cart.
Many students in Grades 7-12 take online courses through various providers such as Virtual High School, Compass Learning, and Middlebury Interactive to fully round out Mt. Everett's academic offerings. Our students have taken courses in Chinese, AP Biology, AP Economics, Forensics, and GIS science to name a few.
