Class of 2021 Book Awards.
Colleges from across New England participate in a “book award” program. In which, students that meet
specific criteria can receive recognition for all their hard work. Each college has their own specific
selection criteria to be adhered to.
Every academic year the Mount Everett School Counseling office in collaboration with the faculty
department chairs select students from the junior class to be recognized for their commitment to
academic achievement, personal character, leadership qualities, and commitment to extracurricular
activities.
Typically, at the end of junior year students that have been selected are presented with their award
with their peers. We celebrate their accomplishments with a publication on the school counseling
website as well as an article in the Guidance Newsletter that goes home.
COVID-19 and school shutdowns prevented us from celebrating last year.
Mount Everett would like to recognize the following students for their diligence, exemplary character
and commitment.
