The French class had the pleasure to spend an evening together at Chez Nous Bistro in Lee. During dinner, the students and Monsieur Léger had the opportunity to speak French among themselves and with the owner. They experimented traditional dishes such as Cassoulet, Gratin dauphinois, Pâtés with cornichons, and of course French cheeses such as Fourme d’Ambert, Chèvre and Brie. The highlight of the evening may have been the Gâteau au chocolat!
